How to make Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls
01 In a medium Saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5-7 minutes until apples are slightly softened.
02 Sprinkle cornstarch over the apple mixture and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
03 Lay an egg roll wrapper diamond-style on your work surface. Beat the egg with 1 Tablespoon water to make an egg wash.
04 Place about 2 Tablespoons of cooled apple filling near the bottom corner of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly, sealing the top corner with egg wash.
05 Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
06 Air Fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
07 Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
08 Storage Tips: Store leftover egg rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the Air Fryer for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
